- Shore Lunch
In these images the audience further engages with the spaces of this industrial area of Clarkson. The roadways primarily designed for large trucks and car traffic. This second contemplation invites the audience to consider a canned fish product offered in the camp kit. This small can of fish provides long self life sustenance and also resembles the construction of long haul transport trailers again signalling food systems. Ironically, Shore Lunch project is only a kilometer from the Lake Ontario Shoreline but access to the water and any fresh fish is restricted.
Contemplation Two
Take the breeze to a grassy place and spread out your canvas drop sheet
Place the can in the middle of the canvas and watch the transport truck trailers.
Then raise the little can to those bigger ones.
Open the can (or just imagine) and share its contents.
