Corn chips and salsa
Sweet pea spread, pea sprouts, and cucumber on light rye bread
Carrot tahini cumin spread, Grilled portabella mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini and sweet peppers on multigrain bread
Smoked tofu with lemon basil cream cheese and leaf lettuce on sunflower bread
Assorted Greens, slivered fennel with lemon vinaigrette
Potato Salad – new potatoes, green beans, red onion with a balsamic Dijon vinaigrette

Food for FEAST is the creative endeavour of Lisa Myers.
FEAST (Funding Emerging Artists, and Engaging Actions, with Sustainable Tactics) is a participatory dinner and micro-funding event that supports creative projects with community involvement. Artists, designers and groups are invited to present proposals for projects during the dinner. Everyone attending the dinner votes on which project they would like to fund, and the project with the most votes is given a grant from the money that is raised from the dinner. FEAST 02 is a collaboration between Amber, Deborah and Dave Morgan.
